A brief visit in search of my second valley Cattle Egret
drew a blank but on a pleasant evening the annual list grew with the addition
of Ruff and there was also a fine Greenshank, presumably on the ‘Presidential
Pools’ since they are close to the ‘White House’!!
When we got home we had our second Hobby of the Spring from
the Garden. Nice one!
